I personally do not know how to wash this. My local dry cleaners wouldn't take it because of the embroidery. 
BUT
Here's a comment I found on reddit about cleaning these types of jackets:

"The patches fray. Specifically down the center the side of the buttons. Getting it wet might cause the garment dye to run. Whenever I absolutely have to machine wash one, I run it alone, with Woolite Delicates, gentle mode cold water, shortest time possible, and hang dry. Dry cleaning is correct, but for some reason some places have been refusing them lately in my experience."
