Q: Why didn't I didn't receive a confirmation number/tracking?
A: Everyone who places an order gets a confirmation number sent to either their email or the phone number provided. If you did not receive one, double check to make sure the information was entered with 100% accuracy. 

Q: Oh no! I ordered the wrong size/color/put in the wrong address! Can you fix it?
A: I allow up to 24 hours to make changes on orders. Once an item begins production, it is out of my hands. Please double check every order you make and make sure to read descriptions and size charts before ordering.


Q: Why was ____ delivered but not ____? 
A: Items are made to order, thus meaning they are shipped as they are made. Some items take longer than others to be created and sent out. This style of shipping doesn't increase the cost for the buyers, and my personally #1 guarantee is you will receive every item that you have purchased. 

Q: Why hasn't my tracking updated?
A: Once I pass the torch over to USPS, it is in their hands and there isn't much that I can do. Sometimes they wont scan packages until they reach their destination, thus leaving us (me and you) powerless and left in the dark.

Q: Its been over 3 weeks and I haven't received any form of update! What gives?!
A: Once again, a USPS error. Items unfortunately get lost in the mail occasionally. When this happens, reach out to me with your order number or name and I will look into getting you a free replacement.

Q: ITS BEEN 3 DAYS WHERE'S MY BUTTON UP!!!
A: READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. IT TELLS YOU THE TIME-FRAME OF THE BUTTON UPS. DO PEOPLE REALLY NOT READ THE DESCRIPTIONS OF WHAT THEY ORDER?!
